Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the https://ezone.com website and mobile games (the “Service”) operated by Ezone PTY LTD (“Ezone”, “us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Login information and Your Account
You may be required to provide an email address for your Account or you may also use other credentials to access the Account (“Login Information”). You shall not share the Account or the Login Information, nor let anyone else access your Account or do anything else that might jeopardise the security of your Account. In the event you become aware of or reasonably suspect any breach of security, you must immediately notify Ezone and modify your Login Information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Login Information, and you will be responsible for all uses of the Login Information, including purchases. You are responsible for anything that happens through your Account.
The Service supports only one Account per game on a supported device.
Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). Merge Wars offers the following subscription:
“Royal Membership” for $2.99 offers a weekly subscription after a 3-day free trial, unlocks 2 merge slots, 2 attack slots, 20% more idle earnings, 20% more gems in-game purchases, special rewards and 10 gems on a daily basis.
This price is for United States customers. Pricing in other countries may vary, and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.
Payment will be charged to your app store account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the app store after purchase. You can turn off the auto-renew for the subscription whenever you want to through the app store. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Purchases
In the Service you may purchase, a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use (a) “virtual currency”, including but not limited to virtual coins or gems; (b) “virtual in-game items” (together with “virtual currency”, “Virtual Items”); and (c) other goods or services (“Merchandise”). You are only allowed to purchase Virtual Items from us or our authorised partners through the Service, and not in any other way.
Ezone may manage, regulate, control, modify or eliminate Virtual Items and/or Merchandise at any time, with or without notice. Ezone shall have no liability to you or any third party in the event that Ezone exercises any such rights.
The transfer of Virtual Items and Merchandise is prohibited except where expressly authorized in the Service. Other than as expressly authorized in the Service, you shall not sell, purchase, redeem or otherwise transfer Virtual Items or Merchandise to any person or entity or attempt any of the aforesaid, including but not limited to Ezone, another user or any third party.
ALL PURCHASES AND REDEMPTIONS OF VIRTUAL ITEMS MADE THROUGH THE SERVICE ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
The provision of Virtual Items for use in Ezone games is a service provided by Ezone that commences immediately upon acceptance by Ezone of your purchase.
Social Sharing Features
Our Services may offer social sharing features and other integrated tools that let you share actions you take on our Services with other media, and vice versa. Your use of such features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the entity that provides the social sharing feature. For more information about the purpose and scope of data collection and processing in connection with social sharing features, please visit the privacy policies of the entities that provide these features.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Ezone.
Ezone has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Ezone shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 (change this) days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
